KNIGHTS INN MACKINAW CITY, Mackinaw City – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is perfectly located right at the commencement of the bridge, making it ideal for exploring the downtown area and enjoying the waterside. The rooms, although clean, were very dated and in need of updating. The service was mixed, with the staff seeming friendly but with some questionable information provided. The dining options were subpar, offering limited choices and low-quality items. However, the location's proximity to the Mackinaw bridge and a charming family-owned restaurant next door were definite highlights.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had an awkward configuration, with light fixtures not working, torn drapes, and an overall unkempt feel. However, the service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate us. The location was convenient, despite a temporary water issue. The dining options were mediocre, but the facilities were in good condition.
